At Club Old Bar & Club West, social bowlers and groups are always welcome!
Fancy grabbing a refreshing drink, kicking off your shoes and challenging friends or workmates to a game or two in the beautiful sunshine?
Whether it’s corporate team bonding you’re after or a fun way to celebrate a special occasion, we have a variety of packages to suit your needs. Bookings start from just $7 per person.
We kindly ask that you phone ahead to book a green.
ALL GAMES INCLUDE:
- 2 hours on the half green, includes green fees.
- All required equipment supplied
- How to Play instruction sheet.
- Maximum group size of 10 per rink (lane). Larger groups can be catered for across multiple rinks.
- We also have multi-coloured bowls and soft smaller bowls for the kids to play too.

AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK AT BOTH CLUBS or between social bowls schedule times (bookings required for large groups and during peak times)
A casual and relaxed form of lawn bowls where participants of ALL AGES play the game without wearing bowling shoes. Instead, they play barefoot or in socks. Barefoot bowls is often enjoyed by people who are new to the sport or are looking for a more informal and fun experience. (kids bowls available)

Enjoy a sunset and play into the night. With our greens lit up you can enjoy a fun game of barefoot bowls from 5pm.
$10 per child

A Junior Bowls Development Program – in conjunction with Bowls Australia.

Our Social Bowls program aims to break the barriers and make the process of joining a new club a pleasant experience for prospective new bowlers and to recognise the many reasons why one would want to join the club. It’s a way of trying before you buy, to see if competitive lawn bowls is for you.
